OK You know Filipinos don't want too much discipline , else they would be annoyed .Filipinos for a long time are exploited of their wealth .Philippine society tends that wealth are only for the upper class or elite.
So many people. just struggling for survival.
So only the rich can develop for lands themselves for themselves but the poor could not.
I am only talking about our own premises societies. but their are many other countries stricken with poverty.
But basically ,many so called rich countries in reality are almost the same just like check to check life in their societies.
Though life is hard for many Filipinos, we are happy people ,happy to welcome you too.

They are catholic because the Spaniards conquered the Philippines in the 1500's, They were liberated after a revolution in the late 1890's. Many Spanish last names…
So refreshing to find a video on PH that actually goes into the history, culture and lives of locals. Most others I've found have just been surface-level trash by dumb, uninformed youtubers fearfully walking around the main tourist areas. Thanks!

My uncle married a Filipino woman. His wife is a good woman they've been together for 25 years. My aunt has offered me $25,00 0 to marry a Filipino woman. I will never get married. With my work I get a month and a half off a year. My work is seasonal and I'm thinking about taking my vacation in the Philippines.

filipino mindset is the root of all of these. i am a filipino yet i don't call my self a filipino. i dont hate filipinos. i love my country and my people. however most of us don't care about our country. don't care about each other. that's the average filipinos. infact that's what filipino is. the overall state of the country is the result of individual mindset.
think about it. if all filipinos care about each other and care about thier country. the philippine would be like japan by now.
but no. drugs are everywhere. crime is nonestop all over the country. people throw garbage everywhere. people dont care about the other homeless people on the streat.
the government? – government sucks! garbage and bulshit! government must be politics not politician.
overall what i really love about the philiippine is the children. i adore theme so much. but once they grow, some of theme will be one of the killer or snacher or even homeless one. most of theme will become like the average. only few of theme will become proffessionals with good job and good life.
This was quite an eye-opening truth, which is EXACTLY what I was looking for, the REAL day-to-day life there.

It quite obvious that you are focusing on the negative aspects which can be found in any country even in Japan or Canada. A great number of foreigners who visited the Philippines and fell in love with the amazingly beautiful country and especially the Filipinos who are knowned to be the kindest, smart (most are multi-,lingual), happiest and most hospitable people have decided to move there permanently .

WOW that’s gross 😮 the cleanliness of the water and sewer looks disgusting. This video completely demotivated me from getting my passport to go on vacation because if I wanted substandard living conditions I would just stay in America and go visit New York. I thought the Philippines would be a nice quiet beach resort with palm tree’s 🌴 and coconuts. 😢

By watching different vlogs opened my eyes about our country Philippines and other countries, for example Thailand, many years ago the thai people study here in the Philippines to know how to plant palay or rice now they are exporting to other neighboring countries, Thailand at that time is not yet a tourist haven of asia but now they are booming why because everything was planned ahead of time , unlike our country politicians are busy in what they can get from being a politician for example the pork barrel ,the only president who has the heart to developed our tourism industry was president Duterte by developing some of the tourist spots of the Philippines, but like other presidents in the past it only lasted for awhile because he was in the office for only 6years and it is not enough to accomplish a large scale of problem in every parts of our government, but if our politicians will be serious in developing our country to become a tourist haven i know in the future we will be able to be like Thailand.
Fact: You are most likely to be get robbed in EU and US than the Philippines. There are also almost non existent mass shooting events unlike most countries. Despite guns everywhere no one will just shoot you randomly unless it’s personal altercation.
I am a Canadian and I have been to the Philippines. I had cousins and friends there. Also with the safety isuue my female cousin said that I shouldn't come to the Philippines alone.. I went with two other ladies and met my friend and her coworker so there were five of us travelling around the country.. I have been to quite a few countries.

filipinos are hospitable, kind and easy to talk with., jolly and resilient people, ,if your going to compare it in your country or other countries, of course they are differ from each other., every country, has their own story to tell., i live:in japan for 22 yrs., but the cost of living, here ,is quiet triple higher than my country, but i have to lived with it, , with no criticizing.every hard experience, i went thru, i still respect, their culture, and the high standard of living here, all i can say even.if i live a simple life, in this high standard country , but for sure ,when iget older ,i would go back to my own country, till my last breath., and i would say, I'm proud to be a filipino.🙏♥️✌️👊🌹☘️🇵🇭🙏
