Tapsi ni Vivian has been an institution since the 1980s. Started with a humble restaurant in their own garage, to expanding over 4 branches in the country now. Today, I’m here with Karen from Livin La Vida Tagalog and Kasen from Kasen eats to venture on a festivity of various Filipino foods like Tapsilog, Atay at Balun-balunan, Binagoongang Baboy, Beef Pares, Fried Chicken Intestines, and Daing na Bangus.
