  • Chill out on the CRISPY PATA and LECHON KAWALI mate, while it's true that it's a popular authentic Filipino dish IT'S still labeled as one of those PUTOK BATOK meals which are basically meals that IF EATEN always and too much could potentially give you HEART ATTACK or STROKE. Sisig is also a putok batok meal BUT it's less fatty than those two it's okay.
Anyways, this is not to discourage anyone from eating it. Just an added information that CRISPY PATA is a meal that is usually served when there are celebrations etc beucase of the unhealthy nature of it so you can say that it's kind of like the CHEAT MEAL every month that people normally eats.

In case you want to try more Filipino dish THAT are normally served everyday then here are some of my recommendations.
    1. Pinakbet – Veggie dish BUT it's usually has some small chunks of meats in it when served.
    2. Adobong Manok (chicken) or Baboy (pork) – I personally prefer Chicken Adobo
    3. Shrimp Sinigang | Fish Sinigang | Pork Sinigang
    4. Tinolang Manok (Chicken) – My personal favorite filipino dish
    5. Filipino Chop Seuy – Our own version of chop seuy THO it doesn't look that much different to the normal chop seuy

  • I like this guy representing our Filipino food! More power to this channel!
