  • we have lots of filipino-mexican fusion restaurants in Manila now! some have been here for at least half a decade. they not only make stuff like sisig tacos, but also sisig burritos, chicken inasal burritos (with chicken oil rice!), kare kare burritos, kaldereta birria tacos, etc. it's BOMB AF.
