🇵🇭CAMERU (STIR-FRIED CRICKETS): Place the chopped onions into cooking oil, then add chopped garlic, tomatoes, then crickets. Stir-fry. Season with salt, sugar, and fish sauce.

🇵🇭RABBIT LECHON: Skin and clean the rabbits. Marinate in soy sauce, black peppers, salt, and spices for 3 hours. Skewer rabbits. Stuff the rabbits with lemongrass, and green onions for a normal flavor, and add red chilies and star anises for a spicy flavor. Sew the bellies and brush the outside with soy sauce mixed with coconut milk. Place on the fire and grill, while brushing more sauce on.

In Argentina we eat every single part of a cow. The meat, of course, but also the stomach, intestine, brains, heart, tongue, lungs, even the udders. So I absolutely 100% understand the desire to not waste any part of a chicken or a pig and eat every single part of it.
